The M19 Hydrogen Permeability Analyzer (HP-500) is a cutting-edge instrument designed for precise measurement of hydrogen gas permeability in coated & uncoated metallic, polymeric (Type IV), and composite Aluminum (Type III) materials.

PRINCIPLE

Differential Pressure Method: The specimen creates a sealed barrier between two chambers. Hydrogen is introduced at high pressure on one side while the other side is under vacuum. Permeation is measured by monitoring pressure rise in the low-pressure chamber.
