Density/Porosity Analyzer

The novel Density Analyzer also known as Helium-Pycnometer provides users with real time data of true Density of specimens. It works on the Principle of Gas expansion based on Boyle’s Law of Isothermal Process. The actual volume of the sample is evaluated which further is then used to calculate Density.

Polyether-polyurea copolymer (Spandex)

The spacesuit is a complex garment designed to protect astronauts in the harsh conditions of space. Among its various layers, the first one an astronaut dons is the Inner Cooling Garment, serving as the undergarment. This critical layer is crafted from a remarkable material known as Spandex.

Aramid Fibre

Kevlar is a Flame Retardant and Low-Melting-Point Polyester Fibers. The number of lamination layers of the fabric is varied and examined to determine their influence on the mechanical properties of the Protective Fabrics. The results of the test show that tensile strength and bursting strength of the Protective Fabrics increase as a result of the increased number of lamination layers.

Thermal Micrometeoroid Garment (Nomex)

Thermal micrometeoroid garment(Nomex) Nomex and Aramid Polymers are related to Nylon, have aromatic backbones, hence are more rigid and more durable. Its strands cannot align during filament polymerization and have less strength: Tensile Strength is 340 MPa. However, it has excellent Thermal, Chemical, and Radiation Resistance for a polymer material.
